Services Provided
Stan The Electrician provides licensed electrical and contracting services including panel upgrades, wiring, outlet installation, EV chargers, lighting, generators, emergency electrical, bathroom renovations, and related work.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are free. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
You will never be charged for work you did not approve. Upfront pricing is guaranteed.
Workmanship Warranty
Stan The Electrician provides a 1-month workmanship warranty on all completed work covering defects in workmanship directly attributable to our installation.
The warranty is void if:
- Another contractor or unlicensed individual has accessed, modified, or attempted to repair any work completed by Stan The Electrician
- The client or third party has tampered with or damaged the completed installation
- Damage results from misuse, neglect, acts of God, or factors beyond our control
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and check.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the scope of work and property access
- Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
- Disclose any known hazardous conditions on the property
- Not interfere with or modify completed work during the warranty period
Limitation of Liability
Stan The Electrician carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages caused by other parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
